The Cottage

The holiday cottage is conveniently located in the centre of the village of Staveley and is an ideal base for a holiday in the South Lakes area.

The cottage sleeps 2/3 people in one double and one single room. There is one bathroom and one shower room. It has been recently renovated and decorated to a high standard in a contemporary style.

There is a courtyard to the front of the property and a south facing balcony over the River Gowan, which is perfect for relaxing while on holiday.

Ground Floor

Shower room including hand basin and WC by entrance. Kitchen with separate dining area. Kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster. Lounge with leather sofa and chair and TV/DVD player. Stereo with MP3 compatabiltiy. Balcony off lounge.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 - double bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Bedroom 2 - single bed, wardrobe, drawers. Bathroom - bath, hand basin and WC.

Other Information

The cottage is non smoking. Gas, electric, linen and towels are included. There is a payphone in the cottage as mobile reception is poor. There is a parking space in front of the property. Sorry, no pets.
