How to Book
Booking your Holiday
1. Please contact us to confirm availability. You can do this by sending us an e-mail through the ‘Contact us’ section on the website or by telephoning 07957 461851 and leaving a message. We will endeavour to confirm this as soon as we can.
2. Once availability is confirmed, complete the booking form. To download the form from this website please click Booking Form. You can also request one by telephoning 01423 866511. Please read the Terms and Conditions and sign the bottom of the Booking Form to show that you agree to abide by them.
3. Return your signed Booking Form and Deposit of £100 by cheque made payable to C L OSBORNE. We will advise you of the return address if you e-mail or telephone us. Please remember that if your holiday is 5 weeks or less away, you will need to pay the full cost of your holiday.
4. When we have received your Booking Form and Deposit we will write to you to confirm your holiday.
5. Your final balance will be due 5 weeks before your holiday.
